          i am heating 1800 sq. ft. so far i am spending .95 a day on pellets in 58 days had 8 to 10 nites that were in the teens so far. pellets were 4.44 bag prem. pine

          I have been so happy with the heat and I have had no problems with my stove that I bought one of their BBQ'S too. I am also buying another pellet stove for upstairs the savings are wonderful!

          Can't reach tech help, Conbustion fan failed, Every 6moneeds repair, Messy, Over heating every week, Rattles alot, Shuts off if power flicks, Temperature control is not precise

          I have been very disappointed with this pellet stove,After only a few months of use the combustion failed,and when the service man replaced it it had been so hot it melted the paint off it.This is only the second year of use,and now it over heats so bad that it sets the fire alarm off.[...]
