I purchased my Big Green Egg ten years ago from Barbecue.com. After cleaning the Egg I discovered the fire grate was cracked. A quick search and found this improved model, heavy, solid cast iron. If you enjoy your Egg as much as I do and have the original model, this is the grate to get....
