Have discovered other people suffering with mosquitos indoors. This takes weeks for the eggs to cycle, but it catches every flying bug in the house.

We always have a lot of flies and mosquitos in the summer. We use our garage as a front door and when you enter the home a few critters go with you. We use one in the garage and two in the home. Even if I have both garage doors open and work all day that way our garage fills up with flies and mosquitos. The next morning you can't see any in the garage. I recommend this little flying bug killer to anyone. If it flies it will be caught overnight.

I bought this item because my little girls have been getting a lot of mosquito bites while sleeping in their bedrooms. We've been using it about two weeks, and so far it has caught several flies, mosquitoes, a small Crane Fly, and a couple of other critters I haven't identified. The number of insects we see in the house has diminished, and the girls haven't gotten as many bites. However, I think mosquito season is coming to an end, as well. It's hard to tell how many mosquitoes have been caught, because I think they dehydrate quickly, and there's not much left to find in the trap. Flies, however, survive inside for quite a while. I run the trap overnight, and have found that if I just turn it off in the morning, and don't empty it, captured flies find their way out again during the day. I currently run it in the center of the house, the kitchen. I turn off all the bedroom lights first, then the hall lights, and lastly the kitchen lights. Turning off the lights in this progression tends to lead the bugs to the trap. I may buy more of these traps and put one in (or near) each bedroom. They are fairly bright and noisy, but I think we can get used to that.
After reading the reviews, I bought two of these. I put one in my daughter's room and one in the hall outside my bedroom b/c the light is a little bright at night. I emptied the catch basin lastnight and to my surprise, I caught more than 115 mosquitos outside my room and over 70 in my daughter's room in just 2 1/2 weeks. We have had lots of mosquitos in our back yard this year and everytime we let our dogs in or out, the mosquitos come inside. They were keeping us awake at night so I needed something besides sprays to eliminate the problem! The Nosquito exceeded my expectations! I can't believe there were that many mosquitos in my house!
We previously purchased a NoSquito trap. It proved so successful as an indoor trap for unwanted insects that we recommended to our daughter. She purchased one and has had great success. We have a large house and recently purchased two more. We live in a mild climate and our doors are open during the day. We have all kinds of little pesky insects that do not belong indoors being caught in the trap. It is quite and easy to use. It was a great find for us who had doubts in the beginning.
Ordered two originally, reordered four the next week for my daughter's home also. For the first time in ages I sleep without worrying about being bitten by mosquitos. There were 20 in one trap the first night I used Nosquito!! Threw away those toxic spray cans!Thank heaven for this wonderful device!
It's okay for the occasional flying insects but not for a swarm. Good value.
I have used one of these for over 6 years in my home.
This product surpassed my expectation. Being in Lagos, Nigeria, i'm in a better position to access and inform any prospect about the merits and demerits of this product. It works better than anything else, environmentally friendly, no noise, and i must confess, it catches all sorts apart from mosquitos.

I wished it worked... Through exhaustive testing... could not catch enough flies to make a difference. It is a $[...] night light....
