I use my extra large egg to grill everything from perfect ribs to fall apart brisket. You can TRY to over cook a meal and you just cannot do it.

More flavor than a gas grill, more flavor than my old Weber kettle grill. Due to the very thick ceramic design, it retains heat much better and doesn't conduct heat to the outside to the extent that my metal construction grill does, therefore, seems to be more efficient and easier to regulate temperature. Also, once the grill is "seasoned" or smoked in a time or two, it really seems to have amazing flavor. It also seems to retain moisture in meat better than anything I've used before.
