Its a great grill. My only complaint is that it was difficult to assemble and some of the screws were missing. I assembled it alone and it took over four hours, really a two man job.

The Bayou Classic Combined S/S & Black Steel Charcoal Grill is a joy to cook with. The airflow is very easy to manage with vents on both ends and the coal rack can be raised or lowered into many different positions. This grill is great for anyone who really likes to BBQ or Smoke.
