Found out that this product rusted quickly after about a years worth of use cooking maybe once or twice a week.
This smoker tray really works well. Caution--it is cast iron and gets very hot so don't try to lift it until it cools. The only problem I see is that it takes a while to get hot and produce the desired amount of smoke. That too, is probably due to the fact that it is make of cast iron. Also I am using wood chunks that I am breaking up, not wood chips. I will try some chips, so stay tuned.
