Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
This is much more than a variation on the beer can roaster. Results have to be tasted to be believed. Just follow the directions in the BGE cookbook. I just slather my chicken inside and out with mayo, apply my favorite rub, put chicken on vertical roaster in a pan, cook for an hour and 30-45 minutes at 375 and the results are incredible. This just doesn't work with the beer can thing.
