Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
My built-in 53" Viking grill is flush with it's base that was constructed around it, so the front part of the elastic cover does not snugly surround the grill knob part, but it still covers them, however it looks a little sloppy, but, I'd buy it over again because at least the entire cover is still protected. We do like it a lot!
