I used in a fireplace/table. Easy to use.
Delivery of canisters and table were quick and well packaged. I had to call about delivery of the log. It was shipped soon after one call. Customer Service was quick and thorough.

The gel fuel cartridges are easy to use and don't produce a bothersome, unpleasant odor. Since the intent is atmosphere, the heat in the house remains constant while the cartridges are in use.
The gel fuel cartridges arrived reasonably promptly. One cartridge had leaked a little. Wasn't a problem.

I bought this item as a present for my mother who is on oxygen 24/7 and missed her wood stove fire. We observed proper precautions and vented the fire as well and she has had no ill affects and is delighted that she will be able to at least see a 'log' fire again. Burned as long as promised and even looked like real log flame and 'crackled' like a log fire. The only thing I did not notice was the pine smell the gel packs were supposed to have. Otherwise I highly recommend the product.

It doesn't last - WHY? Because I use it up by having a "fire" in my fireplace all the time.
