The product was a disappointment in as I could not get it to function properly after installation. Had to return it to the manufacturer and am waiting for its return

The tepurature on the remote indicated 2 degrees higher then the actual room temperature. No control for fan speed. Does not change fireplace from low to high flame or visa versa.
