Empire Vent-Free Heaters are virtually 100% fuel efficient. Because they don't require outside venting, no heat is lost. And best of all, Empire Vent-Free units do not require electricity to operate.

Our Empire Vent-Free Heaters offer convenient, easy to operate controls on the top of the unit. The push button igniter lights the pilot, eliminating the need for matches. Each unit is test-fired in the factory and contains an oxygen-depletion sensor that shuts off the unit if not enough fresh air is available. The Vent-Free heaters are whisper quiet and use a state-of-the-art powder coat process that produces a durable, scratch-resistant finish.

Of all heating sources available, clean efficient gas heats an area for less than half the cost of electricity. And, in the event of a power outage, gas space heaters keep your house warm and cozy.

Thermostats Offer Balanced Temperature Control

SR-10T, SR-18T, SR-30T, and the Blue-Flame BF10 are thermostatically controlled from full input down to pilot. Turn the unit on and let the thermostat cycle the heat.

BF-20 and BF-30 Blue-Flame models contain modulating hydraulic thermostats which, upon reaching your preset comfort level, cycle the main burner flame from HI to LO and, when the thermostat is satisfied, to OFF while leaving the PILOT on; this reduces the larger flame to a smaller flame while still emitting heat.

Empire Radiant models produce an infrared "radiant" heat that instantly adds warmth to you and objects in the room just like the sun.

Our Blue-Flame heaters work by heating the air, which then surrounds people and objects with "atmospheric" warmth.
