The fan gets more heat from the stove and as a result the air damper can be operated as lower settings, thus extending the burn time of logs. The variable speed control is a nice feature. At the fastest fan speed, there is a noticeable background noise. At half speed, there is nice balance between heat output and noise level. The fan also results in a more even room temperature, as cool air from near the floor is drawn into the fan and heated. Very satisfied with performance after 15 days of operatation
Service & Delivery comments:
Delivery was quicker than promised and arrived in good condition. Performance has been good, so no need so far for customer service.
