Bayou Fryer - 4 Gallon - 700-701

This Bayou Classic propane deep fryer is the ultimate fryer of its size. It features a suspended heating element that extends the life of your oil up to 6 times of that from a normal pot. It's quick and easy, and it has great heat retention for those big cookouts.

V-Bottom Design keeps base oil temperature cool than frying temperature so the batter does not burn and oil stays clean.

The Bayou Fryer comes with 2-deep fry baskets, thermometer, and a stainless steel hose/regulator/valve assembly.
